We have multiple level systems available.

For example, if your organization uses the Practitioner-Graduate system and you train for G2, you select all the levels up to G2.
For best practices, it is advisable not to select levels that you are not familiar with.
This is due to the fact that KravTrainer does not explain the techniques and only show the attacks.

Attacks are categorized into families like punches, kicks, sticks, chokes and more.
- - - - - - - -Step 4: Set the length of each attack.
With the time interval, you can choose from 30 seconds up to 2 minutes for each attack.
You can also choose to do it manually in order to have more time for each attack.
